At GRATZ™, we stand behind our high-performance gear; if your equipment isn't helping you reach your peak, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of purchase. All returned items must be in original, unused condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the sports gear you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective wraps and labels are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to any authorized carrier location; once our team inspects the gear, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
